psychotherapy for individuals and couples

our current therapies

internal family systems (IFS)

IFS offers the chance to have a better relationship with your internal world. Rather than learning to cope, IFS is a way to build a new connection between the self and the many different parts inside.

emotionally focused couples therapy (EFT)

EFT is based on the idea that human beings have an innate need for secure emotional bonds with others. The goal of EFT is to help couples recognize destructive patterns and learn how to successfully navigate conflict together.

Adeshola Nnamdi, MA, LMFT

I am a graduate of the IFS Institute (level 1). I support clients in discovering, befriending and unblending from their inner parts.

IFS is the idea that we have many different aspects to our personalities, or parts. Sometimes these parts are just fine, and sometimes they can get us into trouble. IFS is a way to get to know these parts, find out why they do what they do and grow towards wholeness and authenticity.

I’ve included a link to an introduction to IFS here.
